Hey! so just wondering if anyone else had fallen of the diet wagon & how can I pick my self back up? So I’ve been calorie counting since feb! And I’ve always lost 2-3 lb a week. I’ve just 3 and a half stone. And at the start I never had a treat on the weekends I was just calorie counting and treats. Anyways for the past few weeks I’ve been having a treat on the weekend and calorie counting during the week & still loosing weight. But for the past 2 weeks I just can’t seem to stick to my calories. I’m craving “nice treats” and I know I can just count my treats within my calories but I feel like I can’t get into dieting again.
- also when I first started dieting I was going to the gym 4/5 times a week now I can barley face going once a week.
Why have I lost motivation I really don’t want to give up and put weight back on I have already gained 4 pound and I know it’s not ridiculous amounts but it’s still a gain.

I suspect that your speedy weight loss/low daily calories is catching up to you. 2-3 pounds per week is awfully high, especially if you are as small as you look in your profile picture.
Reset your weight loss to 0.5 lbs per week and see if the extra calories help sort out your cravings.2 -
Thank you! I’m going to up my daily calories! I’ts not been every week I’ve been loosing 3 pounds. But I have lost the motivation I started off 13.12 I’m now 10.05 and 5ft 4.

Also I didn’t think loosing 3 and a half stone in 7 months was that bad... I know people who go to weight watchers and slimming world loose 5 pound a week. But thanks for the advice I’ll take it slower now0
