Scale Accuracy
What is your experience with the accuracy of scales? I finally bought my own and after my second day weighing myself I weighed 1 lb more than I had the day before. I had stayed under my caloric limit for the day and weighed myself at the exact same time. Any thoughts?

Issue Adding Olive Oil into MFP
I am having difficulty wrapping my head around how you add Olive Oil into MFP. Say I use 1 Tbsp (110 Calories) to cook chicken, there is still a substantial amount of Olive Oil left on the pan when I am done cooking. Does all that leftover oil still get factored in even tho I am not consuming it?

How do I add Olive Oil into MFP?
For instance I cook chicken for my salad on Sunday night using 1 serving (110 Calories) for all the chicken I eat during the week.. How do I factor that in? The chicken all contains olive oil but definitely not a single serving in each of my salads.

Beer Question
Without going into too much detail about my goals/weight. Does drinking beer at night have any other affect on weight loss besides adding calories? For instance last night I drink 5 beers but was still under my calorie limit by 500 calories.

Breakfast Options
So I make a fruit smoothie every morning before work, after logging all my food for 2 weeks now Ive realized that Ive usually reached my sugar for the day (58g) before noon time. Is having a fruit smoothie everyday not as healthy as I originally thought? What are some other healthy options that you guys eat for breakfast?
