Gaining weight but exercising? Help
So I recently started working out, like 5 days to be exact. I’ve also been eating healthier since then and staying below my calorie count. But today when I weighed myself before my workout, I’ve gained like 3 lbs. Am I doing something wrong or is this normal?

Hello! I’ve recently started going to the gym and I’ve found some great arm and chest exercises, but I’m having trouble finding things to do for my legs other than squats and lunges. I use the machines but I really want to move and I like using weights. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
