The steps you take each day and any jogging you record in diary? Is it calculating both as if they were separate, in other words is it counting the steps twice?

Beating female hormones?
I’ve tried my entire life to stay with a good active routine, mainly jogging. I find that I get more tired and generally lethargic at certain times during my cycle and it messes up my hopes for regular workouts. Does anyone have any tips that they use personally? Does anyone relate to this??
