Is anyone else having this problem where it doesn’t sync? I have tried to uninstall and redo it but still. It will show my steps and so forth but does not update the excise where it did before.
So have lost 40lbs so far! Every week I would weigh in and would lose anywhere from 1-5 lbs or so! The last two weeks I have not lost anything!! This is when I normally say well forget it. I don’t want to but come in
So 48 days in I have been under goal and losing weight each week! Good right?! No yesterday on my 49th day we went to a Chinese buffet! I of course was way over goal! Even thought I went back at it today in the right direction I am still feeling guilty!
So if we bake them are they better in calories?
Yet here I am being good with a salad!!
I feel like every time I fail because I go hard with it and never allow myself anything that I really want. This time as long as I stay under my caloric intake if I want something will I be okay and still lose?
Stayed under my total allowed!! Baby steps!!
You type something in and you get many different amounts of calories for the same thing. I go for the highest but does anyone else see this??
Does anyone else find it difficult to count Calories on dishes you make? There has to be an easier way! Please share!!
