Belviq or Wellbutrin for Weight Loss
Just seeing if anyone has had success incorporating Belviq, Wellbutrin, or Phentermine while losing weight? I am thinking of seeing if my doctor can write out a prescription for one of these, as I hear it can help with hunger, cravings, binge eating, etc. Thanks.

How to not splurge now when you know you will for an upcoming event/party?
How do you overcome the urge to "cheat" day after day even though a party or event is 1 week away? I guess I get into the mindset if I'm going to "cheat" at that point, might as well go off the track now till then and then get back to it. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Count calories or Carbs?
I am trying to see if counting carbs like Atkins is better than counting calories? Pro-Atkins ppl claim if you limit your carbs/sugar, your body will burn stored fat for energy, and pro- calorie counting folks claim it’s all about CICO and nothing is off limits. What is best in your opinion? Thank you.

Question on what to do at the gym....
Being a big guy, 6'5 400LBS and looking to lose 150 lbs to hit my goal target weight, I want to join a gym and do that with calorie counting. My question is I like to lift weights, and don't mind stair climbers, elliptical, etc. Not a big fan of a boring treadmill. Any suggestions for someone of my size to start with and…

Help with binge eating episodes...
Just seeing if anyone has had binge eating episodes and how you overcame them? Was it by medicine, if so what medication, or by reading a book or getting counseling, etc? I binge eat, sometimes for a couple days, or a couple months and then go back to counting. Need to get it under control once and for all. Thanks!

Sodium Content of Food choices always high
I seem to go way over my daily allotted sodium allowance when tracking. I find my meals have more sodium than I prefer, but a lot of the meals are frozen which I assume pack more sodium than fresher choices. Do you fight this battle as well, or what options work better for your situation to lower sodium content of food?…

How often do you weigh in when starting out?
I've been about 9 days into counting on MFP, feel great, and definitely see my stomach has gone down and my clothes fit a little better. With that being said, I have an idea of what I weight, but don't want to weigh myself just yet. Reason is I don't want to eat something salty the night before, swell up with fluid and…

Couple startup questions!
So I am on and off to MFP, and I need to lose between 100-150 lbs to hit goal. Some say I should put my goal at 2lbs a week, some say 1lb a week. What do you think is best for someone who loves food and is afraid of cutting back with eating less? 2lbs sounds better as it would be faster and encourage me with faster…

How to avoid quitting 2 days in?
So I tend to struggle sticking with counting only after 1 day or two, and then falling off the bandwagon and eating whatever until Monday rolls around again, only to repeat the same pattern and fall off by Tuesday night. Would like to know how to push through these pit falls, how to avoid caving in and totally going off…

Weight Watchers Online
Seeing if WW online has worked for anyone on here, helping you stay motivated and accountable since you are paying for it? Toying w the idea, $20 a month but kind of worried of all their “ point free” foods that you don’t track but I feel you should since they have calories in them.
