Just wondering, is it better to do two half an hour rides on my exercise bike, one before breakfast and the other in the evening, or a full hour before breakfast and none in the evening? Hi, I’m new this but I was just wondering if anyone have any weight loss tips ? I’m currently exercising half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening with my exercise bike. I’m also vegan and I eat well. Any tips that have worked for you would be very helpful!
