Help with my beginner work out
I am pretty new to working out, I tried to learn from YouTube and from talking to some people before started but I think I built a poor starter work out at the gym...What needs to be added or taking off for it to be more efficient?

I just started hearing about PB2 and other forms of dehydrated peanut butter? Anyone actually use this? Would it be a better protein source than doing whey protein shakes?

A new week, another new start...
So here we go again, it seems like I keep trying to kickstart a diet and fitness plan just to lose motivation and have to start over.... How does everyone else stay motivated, especially if you are a loner and don’t have someone to help with accountability?
