Accidental Ketosis?
Hi everyone. Restarted my fitness journey a month ago and lost 6lbs. I'm a 31 year old female. For the last month I've been eating 1500 calories a day. On a standard day I'll have homemade crustless quiche with a variety of roasted vegetables or soup for lunch, and for dinner it's pretty varied but it's usually some form…

Feeling hopeless
Hi everyone, I'm feeling a little hopeless at the moment and don't know what to do. For those interested, I'm 5'2, female, 30 years old, 17st 4lbs (started at 18stone). Dietary advice for an exercise novice wanted
Bit of boring background: I'm currently trying to lose fat. I'm 30 years old, female, 17 stone exactly and 5"2. I'm eating 1450 calories a day and on average losing 2lb per week (I've lost 14lb in just under 7 weeks). I've got PCOS, non-vegan, non-vegetarian. I currently do no "exercise" but I've joined a gym and plan to…

Acne breakout
I've only been on my 'restarted' weight loss journey for 14 days now and only lost 4lb so far. This last week I have had a mammoth breakout of spots on my face. I don't suffer with this usually. Any correlation? (p.s diet consists of food I usually eat - porridge, fruit, nuts, meat, eggs, veg etc - no new foods introduced)

Am I wasting my time?
I'm currently 5 ft 2 and 234 lbs. Lost 4lb so far in 14 days. I'm currently consuming 1200 calories a day plus whatever I've burned that day (usually only 100-200 calories per day) in a bid to lose 1-2lbs per week. I've always been quite strong compared to most women and I am concerned that this calorie deficit will affect…
