Hey, I've just earned 340 calories 'exercising'... what does that mean?
... some people use the term 'burn' calories. But I still do not know what that means. Having burned 340 cals, does that mean I have to consume 340 cals extra within the day to keep to my goals? How is it split between the three macro's? Or have I got this completely wrong?!

... you do not even have to go to the shops ... just go to somewhere green (preferably your own garden - if you have one!). Here in France there are loads of healthy greens ... just about everywhere. So, not meaning to sound paleo but are there any ketoers who eat wild food along with the local farm produce ... ?

Do I have to eat just fat?
Hi folks, Reached my daily targets in carbs and protein (I'm on Keto), but the numbers say that I am 87g fat, and 773 calories short ... so how do I get there without upping the carbs and protein targets too much? Do I have to eat just fat? If so, what? Duck fat at 99g in 100g!!? Aaargh!

Fibre ... ignored or subtracted?
My next confusion is to do with fibre. On Keto I am seeking to consume less than 20g of carbs per day. But when I get to fibre I am not sure how to relate to it in the diet. How come I have typed in my daily target calories to be 1850 and yet my diary says it is 2300+? I do not understand!
