After exercise the cals go from where to where?

Totally new to keto diet, so my question might be a bit lame (but hopefully simple enough for someone to answer):
Pumped in exercises and told I had used so many calories ... does that mean that my daily target should take them into consideration ? If so should I see it in my daily targs? I do not at the moment. So should I press something somewhere?

If you are entering your exercise manually into the Exercise tab - your goals will adjust.
If you're using a fitbit or other synced fitness device - the answer is different.0
