Any tips on reducing sodium?!
My diet is so clean that I’m struggling with flavor.. I have an addiction to bbq sauce, ketchup and ranch... but I need to drop some water weight. Anyone have any tips or recipes they can share on how to lower my sodium and sugar while still keeping my meals tasteful?! Thanks all 🖤

As a runner, I don’t have the prettiest smoothest feet. I’m currently dealing with a super painful heel blister right now. Think it may be infected. I’ve been soaking it in epsom salt and wrapping it, but it’s even painful to put weight on. Any pointers or remedies??

Falling short ☹️
So I definitely have gone up on the scale again. I feel pretty discouraged and plan to do a huge cut. My days will consist of twice the cardio I’m already doing and half the food. I eat so good so it doesn’t make sense. I feel pretty down on myself today. Not a good start to my Tuesday.
