So I definitely have gone up on the scale again. I feel pretty discouraged and plan to do a huge cut. My days will consist of twice the cardio I’m already doing and half the food. I eat so good so it doesn’t make sense. I feel pretty down on myself today. Not a good start to my Tuesday.

sounds like a crash diet that's guaranteed to end in a binge.

how much has the scale actually moved in what time frame?

what are your stats and how many cals are you eating?

That plans sounds like a crash and burn plan...

How long has the scale been showing a gain? weight fluctuates naturally and goes up and down for a host of reasons.

Don't despair. I've been eating at a pretty big deficit the last few days, but my scale stubbornly refuses to budge - I go up, then I go down, then up again ... it's been that way for a while, even though theoretically I should be losing. I'm used to that by now, though, so I know it'll all come off in a whoosh eventually. Just don't know when.

Keep at it, and don't torture yourself, that's not going to help (and will most likely do more harm in the long run). Be patient, the weight WILL come off, if you stick to the plan.

Don't forget, muscles retain water while repairing, so that may be all it is, depending on the extent. :) Stay the course!!

If you are anywhere close to your weight in that picture, I urge you to rethink your approach. You would likely be better served by considering fitness rather than the scale. And nutrition rather than calorie cutting. The scale is not the be all end all of a healthy lifestyle.
