My diet is so clean that I’m struggling with flavor.. I have an addiction to bbq sauce, ketchup and ranch... but I need to drop some water weight. Anyone have any tips or recipes they can share on how to lower my sodium and sugar while still keeping my meals tasteful?!
Thanks all 🖤

Why do you need to drop water weight? It's completely normal

Cutting out prepackaged stuff can reduce a lot of the sodium.

Also, don't worry about conforming to a nebulous, useless term like "clean." Eat foods that you like.

Why do you need to drop water weight? Water weight fluctuations are part of how a healthy body functions and messing with them arbitrarily can be dangerous and counterproductive.

How much sodium are you logging daily?

Unless you have a specific reason to be on the lookout to limit sodium, it is really not something to worry too much about. If you eat a lot of non processed food in meats and veges, but like BBQ and ketchup for example to dip food in, I cannot see how that would be excessive to point you would need to cut down. Packaged foods known to be high in sodium, but again unless for dietary reasons most people do not need to cut them totally out.
