30 days on MFP
I’m kind of in a rut. 2 weeks in I was down 14 pounds, 2 weeks after that im up 2 pounds. I’m try to eat more food, trying to take 5,000 steps a day (stall around 4500), trying to lift weighs 3 times a week. Trying to not throw the towel in. If I don’t see these pounds coming off it’s going to much harder to keep trying. 😓…
