Try closing your eating window to 9 or 10 hours. Give your time to use use that fat for fuel.

Make sure you get pink salt, magnesium and no-salt to keep your electrolytes up. I’m a man that doesn’t like to cook much. My things i need everyday are sharp cheese, sour cream, Mayonnaise full fat..... olive oil. thats about it.

I need those tips too, seems like I’m an all or nothing type. I can have just one. 😭 I’m going through a bad eating run, just trying to get undet control again. I don’t go completely off the rails, just over eating “good” things mostly. 😓

What a story and i feel your pain. I understand the urgency and pain of not finding relationships because of self isolation. You’ll find your own way to make it work. Just remember to keep the good things you learn along the way and don’t throw away your goal with the bad things.

You’re working out so hard/regularly..... us 1000 calories enough to keep your body from eating your muscles....???

Only thing i will add is you don’t have to go hard 20 net carbs to get the benefit of Ketosis. I really went into it blind and really went crazy on a legit 20 carbs a day.... you’re more researched than i was though. Eat more fats and eat more Protein. I love starches, breads, sugar in general, but the more days i go with out them the less i craved them. Now i only think about them in passing.
