Accountability. Anyone losing 7-10lbs?
I’ve lost 11lbs so far through MFP, and 15lbs overall. I have been doing slow and steady so it’s taken 5 months to lose that. Had a few days of not really being in the zone and eating over, and really want to get back on it for the last little bit of weight. Is anyone in a similar boat and would like to befriend on here…

Calories burned walking 10,000 steps
Hi there, New to the forum. Have been using myfitness pal for 3 weeks and seen a good loss. I have a query re the calculations for walking 10,000 steps.
