Accountability. Anyone losing 7-10lbs?

I’ve lost 11lbs so far through MFP, and 15lbs overall. I have been doing slow and steady so it’s taken 5 months to lose that. Had a few days of not really being in the zone and eating over, and really want to get back on it for the last little bit of weight.
Is anyone in a similar boat and would like to befriend on here for support? I would be very grateful!

I'm like the world's worst MFP friend (sorry, sincerely - more of a Community forum gal!), but wanted to stop by and give a thumbs up to your approach, when a person has only a few pounds to lose, and isn't in a frantic panic to do it.

I've been maintaining after losing from obese to a healthy weight in 2015-16, but had let my weight creep up a few pounds, still within a healthy range, so no urgency. Making the decision to creep it down again, rather than going for a significant deficit to lose it quicker, worked out really well - easy, happy, no impact on exercise performance levels, all good. I've been losing even slower than you, maybe 15 pounds in a little over a year - not saying you or anyone else should go *that* slow, though - and it's been virtually painless. It requires a bit different mindset, but can be a really good thing IMO.

    Wishing you continuing success!
