Does this look right?
So, I'm a little unsure about how much I'm eating. I'm following WW too, and working out x3 a week, mostly HIIT, hitting 9-12k steps a day, and using my fitbit to track. Does this look ok?

Net calories
I'm kind of getting my head round this... Are net calories, the calories left over after I have eaten, and burned through activities? This is my last week, is this ok?

I've done weekly, daily, monthly. Taken averages etc... When/how should I weigh myself?

Torn calf muscle
Just competed my first HIIT in 4 months after tearing my calf muscle twice in 2 months. Will focus on abs tomorrow and the back on it on Friday. So happy I'm not in pain and was able to complete it!
