Realised I quoted the wrong comment! I use my fitbit to track. I've been doing weight watchers since October and lost 20lbs. I don't think I'm eating enough.

Mine goes up down so much, almost by 5lbs some weeks, but aware its mostly water retention at those times. Just interested in what others do. I tend to do every other day
