Eating More

Last time I posted I was trying to figure it all out. However, I have added an extra 200 calories to my daily diet, and I'm finally losing. I'm even eating differently too, and doing what works best for me.
I'm off exercise for another 2 weeks as ice had emergency surgery, but, it's given my body time to catch up with itself. I know what to add, how to add, and that it'll help me lose.
