What can I do?
Basically I’m eating a daily goal of 1400 cals to lose weight. I’m 18, girl, weigh 60kg and my goal is 55kg. Every Friday but parents bring treats and stuff. We have family time every Friday. They bring all those nice foods and that tempts me. Idk what to do.

I eat 1400 cals to lose weight. Today I wanna have a cheat day. Nothing too crazy. My maintenance is 1800-1900 cals. If I eat on my maintenance level today, will this have a negative impact on my weight loss progress?

Wat happens if u don’t eat your exercise calories?
Let’s say u eat around 1400 cals per day to lose weight and u burn 120 cals from workout per day and u chose not eat back those exercise calories. Wat would happen?

Went over carbs and fat but under calories?
My carb goal is 99grams but I went over by 7grams and my fat is 52grams but I went over by 17grams. I’m under calories as well. Will this have any problems on my weight loss progress? My extra fat is from the 2 tbsp of olive oil
