Went over carbs and fat but under calories?

My carb goal is 99grams but I went over by 7grams and my fat is 52grams but I went over by 17grams. I’m under calories as well. Will this have any problems on my weight loss progress?
My extra fat is from the 2 tbsp of olive oil

Truly sticking to your calorie target over time is what matters.7

One time thing is not going to effect your overall goals, point is being consistent with meeting macros as best as possible.1

While it's a good idea to try to hit macros for the purposes of nutrition, weight loss is strictly a numbers game (calories). Going over or under on any macro doesn't matter if you're in a calorie deficit. Unless you have an underlying medical issue, it won't affect weight loss at all.3

As @dragon_girl26 said, weight loss really is a numbers game. As long as you are consistently eating at a deficit, you should lose weight. Nutrition is a little more complex.
Macros are there as a tool. They can be used to help you meet your nutritional goals. They can also be used to meet your satiety needs. Going by your fat and carb macro, if you're on 1200 calories per day, you'd get 84 grams of protein per day. If you are over on two macros but are still at a calorie deficit, that means you are under in the third macro. 7 grams of carbs isn't that many to go over by do I wouldn't worry. Usually fat and protein macros are considered minimums so I wouldn't worry about going over on fat.
How much protein you need is going to depend on a number of things. Are, weight, exercise, and personal preference are just a few. While this isn't a great way to make assumptions, since most of the people I've talked to are eating more than 1200 calories, I'm going to assume you are as well, which means your target is above 84 grams of protein per day. One day of eating less protein, and based on the numbers you shouldn't even be that low on protein, isn't going to screw you up.
If you're meeting your calorie needs AND your getting close to your macro needs AND you are eating a variety of nutritionally dense foods while still having years, but you're still feeling hungry or not satisfied overall, then maybe you adjust your macros. Start with what MFP gives you and go from there. Although, personal opinion, I wouldn't go lower on protein than what they give you. For me, high protein and moderate carbs and fats work the best. I've seen people who do high carbs and moderate protein and fat who are very happy. With somewhat with Paleo and definitely with keto, people have been very happy and that's high protein and fat and low carbs. It's all very personal.2
