Coughing After Runs
After my runs I always have a cough. And not just immediately afterwards but for hours after the run. I finished my four mile run around 5 today. It’s 8 and I still have this cough! Does anyone else experience this? Is it normal or should I make a doctor appointment?

What are your favorite strength training videos on YouTube. I like to have a lot saved up so when I go to do a workout I don’t spend forever looking for a new one. Weight “Gain” After Run
Does this happen to anyone else? Almost every morning after a run the number on the scale is up. I know I don’t overeat on my run days, I use a food scale and feel accurate in my calorie counting. What Counts as Lightly Active?
I’ve been using MFP since September and been sticking to the allotted 1200 calories it gave me - I’m 5’0 started at 175 lbs and am now 153. Anyway, I’m losing a bit faster than I think I need (averages to 1.88 lbs a week) to so changed my activity level to “lightly active” This upped my calories to 1390. I would still like…

Sweat drying out face?
Has anyone else had this happen? I’ve always had very oily skin but after getting in more regular exercise for 2 months my skin is so dried out! I picked up some moisturizer at the store so hopefully that will help.

How Long Did It Take to See Results
I’ve lost 15 lbs since the start of September and 30 lbs since my highest weigh-in. I do 2 days of cardio and 2-3 days of strength training every week. But I still don’t feel like I see any results when I look in the mirror. How much weight had you lost before you really noticed a difference in how you look?
