What is this rest muscle and how do you train it?
I'm over due for a rest day. Yesterday, my lifts were a bit weaker than normal. I took today off from the gym, but I also worked landscaping for 3 hrs after school (auto) so I'm not sure it counts. What do you guys do on rest days when you know you need them but don't really want to take one? I plan on taking tomorrow off…

Just looking to add more variety in my meal plan. MFP Innacurate macro/calorie count?
I was looking at my diary and noticed this. I have 139 calories left in today, with 1g fat, 14g carb, and 1g protien. The math doesn't add up? 9cal for fat + 4cal for protien + 56cal for carbs does not equal anywhere close to 139. I have not consumed any empty alcohol calories today either? Is this from miscalculated food…
