Just wanted to start a thread for people who are doing things without much interest from those in their daily lives and no training partners to post recent accomplishments and get some support. (whatever "this" is to you, cutting fat, bodybuilding, strongman, running, just having a good week diet wise, etc).
I'll start. I overhead pressed 90lb DBs for a set of 6 today. That's a new PR for me and I'm super pumped on it.
