When to stop?
Hi, I am 5’9/5’10 (M) and now down to 63kg. I currently eat 1500 cals a day compared to only 1000 about a month ago and was wondering at what point I should stop? I am told I look visibily skinny but i’m trying to lose the last stubborn bits of fat. Thanks in advance

89KG to 71.5KG and never felt better
Almost 2 years of being overweight and falling into a spiral of depression and 2 months ago I decided to make a change, one of the best choices i’ve ever made. I still have a few KG’s to go but I regret not doing this earlier =D

Does it matter *when* you eat your calories?
I see some people say to not eat after 8pm or something related, is there a benefit to doing this?

Is Coke Zero too good to be true?
It claims to have 0 calories and looks like a great substitute for sugary snacks. Are there any non-widely known negatives of it?

Is it safe to eat back calories burned from walking?
I’ve gotten into the habit of going on walks (10km+) fairly regularly and I burn off enough calories to fit in a large snack/small meal. Would using these burned off calories on food jeopardize my weight loss in any way?
