I’m still at 1000 net calories a day but once I get to the lower end of healthy weight I will try to eat more maybe 1600 or so a day

In McDonalds UK we have wrap of the day. Certain days of the week have a specific wrap for £1.99 with the rest at normal price, you have the option to get it either grilled or fried. I usually go to McDonalds because of this healthier grilled option. There is also subway but it is a bit of a rip off.

For the first 3 weeks of my weight loss plan I ate very strictly. Only stuff like Sushi and fruit. Now i’ve found I can lose weight while still eating less healthy foods so long as I maintain my deficit

I’m only using mfp to track my food I said only before in reference to mfp being the only app I use to record

Ah ok thanks. I am using only MFP to record my walking and regularly update my weight on the app
