Does it matter *when* you eat your calories?

I see some people say to not eat after 8pm or something related, is there a benefit to doing this?

Nope. You should figure out what's best for you in terms of timing. For me, I do best when I eat 4-5 meals a day, with most of them being small and one of them being larger. I find that helps me with cravings and keeps me most on track. I almost always have at least 1 meal after 8pm, sometimes 2. But it's about what works for you. There is no one right or wrong time to eat. It should be about whatever helps keep you on track.

If I eat a big meal too close to bedtime, it can be hard for me to sleep. Some people also have problems with acid reflux if they eat and then lie down. However, unless you have specific health concerns like these, there is no reason not to eat late at night. It will only affect weight loss if those late night meals put you over your calorie goal.
Exact opposite for me. A big meal before bed helps me sleep.

OP... are you still underweight and eating 1000 calories a day? I don’t think meal timing should be a primary concern for you at this point.
Bro I am fine trust me! My weight is in the healthy range

Eating a large meal within 6 hours or so of weigh-in tends to give me a disappointing result on the scale. Not eating late the night before tends to give me a better one. But that's temporary and has nothing to do with overall weight loss.
