Hi,
I am 5’9/5’10 (M) and now down to 63kg. I currently eat 1500 cals a day compared to only 1000 about a month ago and was wondering at what point I should stop? I am told I look visibily skinny but i’m trying to lose the last stubborn bits of fat.

Thanks in advance

Considering you are almost underweight, you probably need to build up your muscle mass to get the body you want. Its not uncommon to still have stubborn fat when you have inadequate muscle.

I would probably transition to a slight surplus, have 130-140g of protein and follow a structured progressive overload lifting program.

Also, the very low calories aren't helping you right now.

Thank you so much. I will definitely up my protein

It will require more than just protein. Increase your calories, lift and build muscle.
