Is it right that you should eat fast realise sugar if your going to have it after a lifting workout. I've just added a crunchie to my post workout fuel. Had a high protein and carb shake but it was slow realise carb, oats. I would of rather of had dark chocolate but have none

Best start thinking about preparing for this. Anti-inflammatory gains....Obviously I probably can't get it right all the time but if I aim for it majority and couple it with 5 workouts a week I might gain some muscle and improve my health.
