Best start thinking about preparing for this. Anti-inflammatory gains....Obviously I probably can't get it right all the time but if I aim for it majority and couple it with 5 workouts a week I might gain some muscle and improve my health.

There is plenty of information on this site to help you meet your goals. Definitely take a look at the stickied posts in each of the subforums and read up on where to start to be successful, and work from that to find what works best for you.1
