Just introducing myself, my name's Mike. I'm coming back to MFP after a year away from it. Currently, I'm down 141 lbs from when I first subbed 2 years ago and I have 57lbs more to go until I reach my goal weight of 190lbs. Today is a good day! 100 Ibs weight loss achieved. I am approaching the start of month 7, and have been following a strict 1600 calorie diet with a half hour walk.
