Week 17 Complete - 70.2 lbs down

I joined MFP awhile back, but have to admit I've mostly just been keeping track of things in Excel. I haven't really been tracking calories, but came up with a list of foods I could have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then gave away or threw out everything else and have just been sticking to those meals. My exercise has consisted of 1 hour pool jogging or 1/2 hour walks every day. A report by week from my excel sheet is below:

While weight loss is not usually linear, I've been amazed at the tightness of fit to the trend line. I think it has to do with the insane consistency in my diet.
