Wanting to lose some bf %
I've got a goal to decrease my body fat by 2%, though I have never properly attempted that before; at the moment, my bf is at around 24.5-9% (can't remember precisely) and my goal is 22.0-5%. What steps should I take? How long should this take me if I do it all correctly?

Should Hula hoop-ing be classed as exercise
Let's say someone "hula-hooped" for half an hour daily with a weighed hula hoop, at around 80 spins per min, would that be classed as some sort exercise even if it barely increased their heart rate?

I'm finding that info to be very tempting (eg, I have 200 kcal left, so I'll think "I'll eat the 200 and a bit more, it'll be ok") --- or at least, can I change it without getting mfp premium?

If I weigh 51.5kg (approx 114lbs) and I lift/train at 60-70% of my 1RM, how long should I train to burn 150kcal+? What about for 40-50%?
