If I weigh 51.5kg (approx 114lbs) and I lift/train at 60-70% of my 1RM, how long should I train to burn 150kcal+?
What about for 40-50%?

Enter your lifting under the Cardio tab ‘strength training’ it will give you a decent estimate.
Basically it is trial and error, but they are a reasonable start. It is well worth eating the cals back.
I’m 46kg and eat 200cals for 90 min at ~75% with slightly longer rest periods, hence the 90min.
YMMV- probably will.
Cheers, h.
