calorie counting
so i have been logging into my fitness pay for 3 weeks now. My question is when i registered i had to input my current weight in order to find out the daily caloric intake. As you loose weight, does that caloric intake drop when you log the weight loss or does the caloric intake stay the same.

So i have been using the fitness pal app since last week and love it. I was at weight watchers, but hated the point system. I felt like i needed more with counting calories, fat, sugar etc. so far so good however, my question is to you when i log in points for just plain romain lettuce 2 cups it shows 30 calories, carbs…
