calorie counting

so i have been logging into my fitness pay for 3 weeks now. My question is when i registered i had to input my current weight in order to find out the daily caloric intake. As you loose weight, does that caloric intake drop when you log the weight loss or does the caloric intake stay the same.

You'll have to update it. Most people update every 5-10 pounds or so.0

As you weigh less, you need less calories to survive and will have to eat fewer calories over time to continue losing weight. It’s very gradual in my experience.
Once a month I go and reset my goals because my calories will not update to the lower value on their own. I don’t know if that is by design or just a bug I managed to run into.1 -
Yes, to recalculate (every ten pounds) go to MY HOME > Goals > View guided setup. Check your data then click "Update Profile" at the bottom.

Mine is synced to my digital scale so it updates on its own. Gotta love technology 😀0
