I want to see a quick simple way to view how much protein, fiber and calcium consumed each day. And also eachmeal. I can see protein but not fiber or calcium. These I have to look up individually by food. Will premium give me the option to monitor these easily?
I like to eat cereal for breakfast and sometimes as a snack. There are a couple I eat regularly like cheerios and fiber one. Just wondering what cereal you eat that has no added sugar.
