Will premium work

I want to see a quick simple way to view how much protein, fiber and calcium consumed each day.
And also eachmeal. I can see protein but not fiber or calcium. These I have to look up individually by food. Will premium give me the option to monitor these easily?

You don't need premium, you just need to customize the nutrients you see, through the settings on the desktop website:
You will then see those nutrients in the food diary on the desktop website and (if you turn your mobile device to landscape mode) on the app as well.3 -
Thank you!! I didn’t think of going to my desktop to see if I could make the changes. Works like a charm.2
