Here‘s what I do 1/2 cup frozen blueberries Abt 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1/2 cup old fashioned oats Abt 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Put it in a jar,, shake it up, set in fridge overnight. Sometimes I put in a lttle protein powder, but then increase almond milk.

Goal - My doctor said I need to stay hydrated, so I’m going for at least 64 oz of water/day not counting coffee, tea, etc. Exercise - I do senior shape videos inside. I plan on walking (with my cane) at least 15 min outside 3x/week. Nutrition - follow the mind diet and let myself eat cookies and sweets only on weekends.t

I have the fitbit Inspire3 that I got in May. It measures steps, HR, calories burned (maybe not so accurate), and activity minutes/zone minutes but does not measure blood pressure. Cost is under $200.

I don’t think this is lowcarb but it is high protein - Kellogg’s Hi protein chocolate almond cereal. 1 cup=29g carbs, 20 g protein from soy,lentil and pea protein. I can’t taste the chocolate but. I think it must be in there to disguise the plant basedprotein taste. And 1 cup= 240 cal.

Aarp has abook out “The whole body reset” geared for older adults. It basically suggests using protein timing, that is, spacing your protein intake over your 3 meals and snacks rather than eat most of your protein at dinner. That’s 25-30 grams per meal. Try going to eatingwell.com and click on meal plans and select the diabetes one. There should be a 2000 calorie plan. Hope this helps

When I go to the doc they weigh me with my clothes. And shoes on. If Ididn’t put down my purse and cane they would probably include them.😋
