    Here‘s what I do
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    Abt 1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Abt 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Put it in a jar,, shake it up, set in fridge overnight.
Sometimes I put in a lttle protein powder, but then increase almond milk.

    Banana bread overnight oats
    1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk – dairy milk or plant-based milk
⅔ cup plain yogurt – greek yogurt works best
    ½ banana, mashed
1-2 Tbsp chopped walnuts – optional
1 Tbsp honey – pure maple syrup, or sugar
2 tsp chia seeds – optional
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    2 TBSP chia seeds
    2 TBSP flax seeds
    1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg (or to taste)
    Pinch of salt

Then top with dark chocolate chips and Purely Elizabeth granola.

Last time I made one it was oats, chia seeds, milk, moka flavoured yogurt and chocolate protein powder. No other sweetener because the yogurt was already (too) sweet ! But it was of course a delight :yum:

I used to not like overnight oats very much.. texture thing... but I'm getting used to it and should make this more often !

Overnight oats are my favorite breakfast these days. The internet has lots of great suggestions, but a couple of my favorites are:

I like to use Coach's Oats brand oatmeal for my overnight oats. A bit softer than steel cut, but has plenty of texture when it has been in the refrigerator overnight. I found old fashioned oats to be too mushy for my taste.

My recipe is simple. 1/4-1/3 cup Coach's Oats, 4 oz. FF vanilla yogurt (Greek preferred), 4 oz. Carbmaster FF milk (regular or vanilla), a few squirts Torani SF vanilla syrup, 1 tbsp. chia seeds and 5 grams of sliced almonds.
