A good night sleep?
Just how important is it for weight loss? It's currently 1.30 and I've been dragged out of bed by a wide awake 2 year old. This is not an infrequent occurrence. Is it likely to affect my losses?

I couldn't be more nervous. This is something I have wanted to do for a few years now, I lost my gran to breast cancer when I was one so I'm doing it for her. I have downloaded couch to 5k, does anyone have any advice for a beginner?

Shocked by my breakfast!
So today marks my 2nd day of moving from Slimming World to mfp. I had one of my usual breakfasts and it came to 329 calories! Can I get some lower calorie breakfast suggestions? I'm not a big fan of cereal or many fruits

Home alone
Tonight I'm home all alone. Hubby is working and my son is with his grandparents. What to do for dinner? I want something really quick and easy I can just bung in an oven. I will have about 587 calories left for it.

Eating previously "bad" things in a controlled manner?
As I mentioned in my last post I'm moving from Slimming World to mfp. I want to do a couple of days basically eating stuff that was majorly frowned upon in SW. As long as it all fits into my calories will I still be losing? I don't plan on doing this forever, just want to be rid of the feelings of deprivation
