Went over my intake for the day. Feeling depressed struggling not to go way over.
I’ve been doing this for about two months and while I’m not always consistent with my food diary I feel that this app has helped me immensely. I am much more conscious of my portion sizes and the types of calories I consume. I feel like I can make the nessasary lifestyle changes to be at a weight I’m comfortable at.
I’m going out to dinner for my birthday. I know I’m going to go over my allowance today but I’m going to try to make better choices. What have some of you done on special occasions?
I’d like to get back to a healthy BMI and get more active. I have a goal of 25lbs I want to keep off. Today was my first day and I went over my calories by 230.
