I’d like to get back to a healthy BMI and get more active. I have a goal of 25lbs I want to keep off. Today was my first day and I went over my calories by 230. I’m hoping as I get into the habit of entering my calories I will be more mindful of my caloric intake. I also need to exercise more. I’m looking for an acountabilabuddy. I like the zombies run app maybe I can find someone with similar interests to share this process with.
