Weigh-in Great News
Starting Weight: 271.6 Current weight: 267.0 I have lost 4.6 pounds since starting Friday so what I am doing really working. 1,200 calories a day, half gallon of water, intermittent fasting and exercise. I even had a small cheeseburger yesterday.

Great Morning! Fasting till around 11:30 which will mark my 16 hours. One thing I understand is how important consistency is. Consistency is what get results. How's your evening going? I must say first day back going good. First time trying calorie deficit plan 1200 calories per day and had about 800 calories and satisfied. Having a low calorie smoothie as my night snack after my Zumba exercise. I love not depriving myself but I still need to watch my sugar and carb in take.
