I am very discouraged. I have been losing a good amount of weight according to the scale, but according to the measuring tape I’m not losing that many inches and it is discouraging. What could be causing that?
Gluten free it’s a necessity for me due to my neurological condition not celiac disease. Is there anyone else out there that has a gluten sensitivity that has any cool ideas or an open Diary. I don’t cook very often so my diary is per day slim. please add me if you wish
Hi I am a 36 year old woman in a wheelchair I am at a loss for what I can do to get my heart rate up. I know I can do upper body strengthening exercises but I don’t know what I can do for cardio. Any ideas?
