Hey! My name is Liz and I did mfp many years ago but have since gained the weight back. Now, circumstances have changed, and I am having a lot of trouble meeting my calorie goal most days and binging on others making weight unstable. Any tips would be great!

    I don’t like to cook so I just don’t eat and then a binge later

    Would meal planning help to avoid binge eating?

    I just have not found any meal planning that has not required a lot of cooking that is the only problem with meal planning.

    I don't like to cook either. Consequently, my freezer is full of frozen vegetables, frozen turkey burgers, and the refrigerator has ham slices, light bread, fresh fruit, lettuce and condiments. The pantry has unsweetened applesauce and sugar free gelatin cups. The only real cooking required is for meat while the rest is microwaveable or grab and go. I don't have dairy because I have an extreme food sensitivity to it but you could have greek yogurt cups, too. It isn't entirely cooking free but minimal cooking.
