Anyone else here currently on a recovery journey? What are you guys doing to help yourself recover and stay optimistic?
I have the classic issue of "skinny fat" and I'm just looking for some exercises involving weight lifting that are good for toning the core and building lean muscle mass (I'm a female, by the way). Any suggestions of things that have worked for you?

So I've recently been thinking: When you boil vegetables in water, what percentage of the vegetables' calories will approximately be infused into the water? I know that certain water-soluble nutrients and vitamins will leach into the water, but I'm not sure about calories. Any suggestions?
