Does anyone slack off after they loose a couple of pounds or get close to their goal weight?
Like, "oh, it's okay to not be as strick on my diet today since I've been doing so good?" Then you gain weight and freak. I find I do this. Like whenever I get to x weight I start to slack off again.

Hunger/thirst/larger stomach?
Anyone eat much more than normal due to the fact that they are dehydrated? Also someone mentioned eating larger portions (regardless if low cal items like vegetables or fluids) can stretch out the stomach causing you to eat larger portions there after? Any thoughts on these two?

Why are carbs and sugar separate?

What to do?
What do you do when you're over your calorie mark and it's 8pm and youre still mad hungry? I'm 300 calories over, I'm hungry, and have to loose 1.5lbs by Monday. What do you do on days like this?

What is better? Starting calorie count lower or higher?
What is better? Starting at a lower caloric intake of about 1200 or a little higher?
